Back in January, when we said opening soon, we didn't think there would be multiple events that would rock the world and affecting everyone in it. With the lockdowns and virus delaying everything, we knew it was going to be an uphill struggle to get open in any fashion, much less a timely one. But after 6 months, almost to the day, we're finally at that point where we can say we're ready to open!
We know that safety is a top concern on everyone's mind, which is why we're opening with several precautions in place.
First, masks will be required to play any of the games we have, which number in the 100s (1000s if you want to count the video games too!). Since board gaming is such a kinetic and personal affair, we want our customers and ourselves to feel as safe as possible while enjoying a fun experience.
Second, we will be requiring social distancing, and limiting our capacity. We know plenty of folks will want to come in and do something other than continue to be stuck inside, but different groups of folks have completely different exposure experiences, and we want to make sure to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Third, we'll be requesting all games be brought to the counter for sanitization after play. We'll also be doing the same with our pool table in between customers' pool sharking, I mean, relaxed billiards entertainment.
All that said, we have plenty of food and drink options to enjoy, with 1000s of games to play! And if you think you'll be coming in more than a few times a month, make sure to check out our membership options at the link here!
